| 摘 要： | 本文依据中国教育部编撰的《学子风华———优秀留学回国人员业绩录》一书 ,从性别构成、年龄构成、出国与回国时间、留学国别、留学方式、出国及回国留学人员的地域分布以及所学专业和回国任职的情况等若干方面 ,对书中收录的 4 2 4名优秀归国留学人员进行了统计分类和归纳、描述性的分析 ,以期“管中窥豹” ,对改革开放以来中国大陆留学人员的一些基本情况有一定的认识。

| Abstract: | Based on the data in Achievements of the Excellent Returned Scholars (Xuezi Fenghua:Youxiu Liuxue Huiguo Renyuan Yeji Lu)compiled by the Ministry of Education,PRC,this article analyzes statistically the gender,the time of their going out and coming back,the countries of their stay,the way of their studying abroad,their localities,and their fields as well as professions of 424 elites of the returned scholars.By drawing tentative conclusions,this analysis intends to help understand the general situation of the Chinese returned scholars after the opening policy. |
