| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期,特殊的政治经济环境吸引了近30万移民到达陕甘宁边区,边区政府为妥善安置移民,制定了一系列方针政策,做了大量的救济和安置工作,事实证明,边区对移民的安置是有效的,移民给边区带来了较好的政治影响、经济效益和社会效益,但移民无计划地开荒对环境造成了一定的破坏。本文运用文献考证和野外考察相结合的研究方法,对抗战时期边区移民的源流及成因进行了阐述,并对边区政府移民的安置区域与移民效果进行了研究分析,以期为今后移民工作提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Under special situation, nearly 300 thousand immigrants arrived Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area during the resistance-war period ,the government put forward some suggestions about immigrants arrangement .What they did proved to be effective , immigrants was positive to economical construction and social progress, but it was negative to ecological environment. Applying the methods of documentary research and field investigation, the ways and results of immigrants were researched ,policies and arrangement for immigrants were analyzed in the paper. Research on immigrants in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area drew on the experience of immigrants in the future. |
