| 摘 要： | 国共双方由兵戎相见到北平谈判,由多方面因素促成:美国对国民党的干涉和压力,苏联对中共的影响;国民党企图以谈判拖延时间,争得喘息之机,中共为着揭露国民党的和谈阴谋,早日结束战争;国共双方力争实现各自确定的“联合政府”的目标等。双方在调整了斗争策略之后坐到了谈判桌前。

| Abstract: | There are various factors to promote the Peking negotiation rather than resorting to arms between the Communist Party and the Kuomintang. The interference and pressure of the United States to the Kuomintang, and the influence of the Soviet Union to the CPC; the Kuomintang attempted to delay to get time. The CPC wanted to expose the peaceful scheme of the Kuomintang, and then end the war soon. The two parties strived for their own targets of the coalition government. After they adjusted the conflicting strategies, the two parties began to negotiate. |
