Affiliation: | Richard J. Reeder;is an economist at the Economic Research Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture and Rural Economy Division. His researh interests include rural economic development policy and rural govermment finance. Mr Reeder is the author of a forthcoming USDA. staff report, "Rural Enterprise Zones: Do They Work?" He has also written many other articles on rural development issue for the USDA. Kenneth L. Robinson;is assistant to the director for policy in the Resources and Technology Division. He is coauthor with Richard Reeder of a Forthcoming Rural Development Perspectives article entitled "State Enterprise Zones in Nonmetro Areas: How ae They Working?" Mr. Robinson received a Masters of Pubic Affairs deree from the University of Texas at Austin. |
