His researh interests include rural economic development policy and rural govermment finance. Mr Reeder is the author of a forthcoming USDA. staff report, "Rural Enterprise Zones: Do They Work?" He has also written many other articles on rural development issue for the USDA. Kenneth L. Robinson;is assistant to the director for policy in the Resources and Technology Division. He is coauthor with Richard Reeder of a Forthcoming Rural Development Perspectives article entitled "State Enterprise Zones in Nonmetro Areas: How ae They Working?" Mr. Robinson received a Masters of Pubic Affairs deree from the University of Texas at Austin. |
