| 摘 要： | 循环消费作为循环经济的重要组成部分,是可持续发展的必然要求,又表现出对可持续发展的重大意义。循环消费还没有成为人们的消费习惯,是因为还有消费产品、消费意识等方面的障碍,问题的解决,要从循环消费作为一个动态的过程去解决。

| Abstract: | As an important part of Circular Economy, Circular Consumption is based on Sustainable Development, and promote Sustainable Development. Circular Consumption didn't become the habit of people's consumption because of series of obstacles such as product of consumption, consciousness of consumption and so on. To Clear away these obstacles, we need to review Circular Consumption as a course of trends. |
