商务旅游目的地游客满意度的实证研究——以上海徐家汇为例

摘    要:IPA方法是测度旅游目的地游客满意度的重要工具。本文基于上海徐家汇商务旅游区游客满意度的实证结果,构建了徐家汇商务旅游区发展的优劣矩阵图。据此,提出了进一步提升徐家汇商务旅游区环境质量与竞争优势的对策建议。

Abstract:IPA is an important tool of testing tourist satisfaction at a tourism destination. Based on an empirical research on tourist satisfaction of Xujiahui business tourism district, this article suggests a matrix of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Xujiahui business tourism district and puts forward some countermeasures for further upgrading the quality of the environment and the competitiveness of it.
