| 摘 要： | 本文在对发达国家和发展中国家的贸易环境观进行比较分析的基础上,指出绿色贸易壁垒是发达国家在贸易活动中进行环境保护的主要手段。发达国家的贸易环境保护引发了一系列的环境问题,而发展中国家却遭受了许多不平等待遇。发展中国家应采取积极措施,协调贸易与环境保护问题。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the comparative analysis of commerce and environment between the developed and developing countries, the article shows that the green commercial bulwark is the main measures of environmental protection when the developed countries conduct international trades. The trade-environmental protection of the developed countries have brought out many environmental issues, while the developing countries have met with many inequalities of experience. The developing countries should take some positive countermeasures to assort with trade and environmental issues. |
