摘 要: | Power shifts within Lhundrup Tsomo's family have revealed that careful domestic budgeting and informed choices in consumption and investment could bring households maximum cost-effectiveness and satisfaction. This applies not only to large enterprises but also to householdbased business. Nevertheless the experience, skills and knowledge of the individual are the preconditions to making correct decisions. We noticed, in the mid to late 1980s, just after the distribution of production materials to individuals, the households whose traditional families in the Old Tibet were adept in trade, business and family financial management, won the opportunity to rejuvenate their family businesses.
