| Abstract: | The coming of the era of knowledge economics brings the new challenge and. opportunity to the management of the tourism enterprise. How to deal with this situation and how to adjust the operating and management strategy so as to adopt the changeable trend should be on our agenda. The article tries to discuss this trend and its corresponding measure from this respect. |
