摘    要:完善干部政绩考核评价体系,是深化干部人事制度改革、加强干部队伍建设的一项重要举措。近年来有关部门和学术界围绕干部考核评价工作,做了大量的实践探索和理论探讨,在干部考评的重要意义、基本原则、存在问题、实施主体、方式方法以及结果运用等方面取得了一系列成果。

Abstract:To improve the political accomplishment assessment system for cadres is a momentous method for deepening the reform in cadres personnel regulation and enhancing cadres team construction.Recently,some relevant departments and academia round center the assessment work for cadres to have done great deal of practical explorations and theoretical discussions,and have gained a series of achievements in the respects of its significance 、basic principle 、existent issues 、the main body of fulfillment 、the way of operation and manipulating the consequence etc.
