试论我国沿海地区国际化大都市建设

本文从国际化大都市的概念和基本特征出发,分析了我国沿海地区建设国际化大都市的条件,运用指标综合评分法,进行了沿海地区主要城市建设国际化大都市的现状实力排序,提出了未来我国国际化大都市建设的重点和方向,指出了当前我国国际化大都市建设中的问题与不足,并提出了相应的对策和建议。

A STUDY ON THE INTERNATIONAL METROPOLIS DEVELOPMENT IN THE COASTAL AREA OF CHINA

According to the fundamental conception and characteristics of international metropolis, this paper analyzed the conditions of developing international metropolis in the coastal area of China.The comprehensive evaluation method of many factors was used to evaluate the comprehensive actual strength for the major cities in this area.The order of the cites to develop International Metropolis was given in their score.On the basis of this, it was pointed out that Shanghai and Bdijing will be the first step to develop International Metropolis at the beginning of the next century.But they must have different function.Shanghai will be the comprehensive International Metropolis while Beijing only be the specific International Metropolis for politic and culture.Beijing must also have cooperation with Tianjin to improve its economic strength.Although Shenzhen and Guangzhou have high level of modernization and internationalization, they have little possibility to develop International Metropolis independently, they must develop supplementary with Hong Kong's International Metropolis development.Besides, the problems and major limiting factors for China to develop Interantional Metropolis were pointed out and the counter measures were given.
