鱼群季节性洄游对渔民的生活无疑是有很大的影响,但在先秦时期这种影响并没有直接导致先民的季节性居住。一方面是南海北岸及海岛海湾附近一年四季都不乏食物资源,无需作季节性迁移;另一方面是当时的生产力水平还达不到为追随几种经济鱼类而长期在船上随季节移居的要求。
