| 摘 要： | 清末商界的一部分有识之士已初步认识到政治改良与商业发展的紧密关系 ,并就加速宪政改革以促进实业振兴表达了商界的强烈愿望。民国初期 ,随着政治、经济的发展 ,社会各界以及商人对这一问题有了更进一步的认识。到 2 0年代前后 ,更多的商界人士意识到政治不良是导致商业不振的重要原因 ,而且提出不能继续沿袭“在商言商”的传统戒条 ,应采用各种措施积极推动政治的改良。于是 ,在此前后商人开始以更为踊跃的姿态参与了一系列政治活动 ,产生了明显的积极影响。
