| 摘 要： | 县制是很古老的制度,而县制的起源颇有争议,本文系统总结了历代关于县制起源时间的说法,认为县制当起源于西周时期,并且提出确定县制的起源不应当仅仅从县字的出现入手,而应当从性质上讨论.

| Abstract: | The county system is a very old-fashioned system, and its origin time is quite controversial. This paper summarizes the research about the original time of county system. It deems that the country system comes into being in Western Zhou Dynasty, and the answer should not come from the emergence of the word "County", but from its essence. |
