LAWRENCE S. KAPLAN, a former SHAFR president, is professor of history and director of the Lyman L. Lemnitzer Center for NATO Studies at Kent State University. WARREN F. KIMBALL is professor of history, Rutgers (Newark). His three-volume edition of the complete Churchill-Roosevelt correspondence will be published by Princeton University Press later this year. BRUCE R. KUNIHOLM is assistant professor of history and policy sciences at Duke University and is the author of The Origins of the Cold War in the Near East (1979). |
