Determination of the vertical neutral temperature and wind profiles using EISCAT and HF Doppler radar

Abstract:Simultaneous observations by EISCAT and an HF Doppler system of a TID are presented. Crossspectral analysis of the data allows the vertical variation of the neutral temperature and horizontal wind in the thermosphere to be determined.
