双核结构与广东省东西翼经济发展对策探讨

本文从经济空间结构的角度,通过对区情的具体分析,以内因为发展导向,引入双核结构模式,提出以汕头-潮州、湛江-茂名区域连动为特征的双核结构将是广东省两翼经济发展的可行之路。具体可以通过突出核心城市、培育核心产业竞争力等经济措施加快扩散作用,推动东西翼区域经济的发展。

DUAL NUCLEI STRUCTURE AND THE DISCUSSION ABOUT THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTAL STRATEGY IN EAST AND WEST WINGS OF GUANGDONG PROVINCE

Contrast with the Pearl River Delta zone, the economic margin of east and west wings of Guangdong province has extended since 2000. Though, searching after the valid models to arousing the high speed economic development of the two wings has become the urgent matter of the moment. At the same time, east and west wings belongs to one of the economic low-valley zone in the eastern region of our country. Being a representative example, the research on the developmental models of the two wings has been useful to provide some drawn lessons to other underdeveloped zone in eastern coastal area. Through the comparative analyses between the two wings and Pearl River Delta zone, the paper puts forwards to establish the Shantou-Chaozhou, Zhanjiang-Maoming Dual Nuclei Structure, which is characterized as the regional interaction, basing on the importance of the inner cause and the economic spatial structure. That is to say, Shantou-Chaozhou and Zhanjiang-Maoming become the growth pole in two wings respectively, and the establishment of the model will efficiently lead to the high speed economic development of two wings. Moreover, the text especially takes the Shantou-Chaozhou as an example to proceed to deeply research. Based on the location, cultural, economic factors, the paper also anatomizes the talking point of establishing the Shantou-Chaozhou Dual Nuclei Structure and the evolvement process of their economic spatial structure. Then, the diffusion effect of the Model of Dual Nuclei Structure should push the regional economy forward through some economic steps, which include enhancing the profit margin and concentrating the funds on throwing in cultivating the kernel cities, bringing up the preponderant industries to form the core competencies. At last, the paper notices some problems about the model of Dual Nuclei Struture, which should be treated to continuously research.
