江苏徐州市奎山四座西汉墓葬

2005年8月,徐州博物馆在徐州市南郊西奎山北麓清理了4座西汉时期夫妻同穴合葬墓。其中M9、M10为石坑竖穴墓,竖穴底部并列葬夫妻二人;M11、M12为石坑竖穴洞室墓,竖穴底部及洞室内均葬有人。墓葬虽遭盗扰,但仍出有陶器、原始瓷器、铜器、铁器、漆木器、玉石器等。4座墓分布较为集中,应为同一家族墓葬。

Four Western Han Tombs at Kuishan Hill,Xuzhou City,Jiangsu

In August 2005,Xuzhou Museum recovered four couple joint tombs of the Western Han Dynasty on the north side of Kuishan Hill in the southern suburb of Xuzhou City.The tombs were rectangular stone shaft pit or stone shaft cave tombs: M9 and M10 were stone shaft pit tombs,on the bottoms of which were the tomb occupant couples lying side by side;M11 and M12 were stone shaft cave tombs,on the bottoms of the shafts and in the caves of which,human skeletons were found.All of the four tombs had been disturbed but there were still more than 140 pieces or sets of grave goods unearthed from them.These grave goods were potteries,proto-porcelain wares,bronzes,iron wares,lacquer wares,and implements made of jade and stone,etc.M11 yielded the most grave goods in both quantity and variety.These four tombs were arranged densely and therefore they would have belonged to a family cemetery,the date of which was around the later period of the early Western Han Dynasty to the early period of the mid Western Han Dynasty.
