湖北广水巷子口遗址发掘简报

巷子口遗址是随枣走廊东南部一处重要的东周时期遗址。西周初年,周王朝在汉水的江北地区进行了两次大规模的分封,形成许多小方国,汉阳诸姬文化在这里才得以兴起和发展。巷子口遗址出土的鬲、盆、豆等与随州擂鼓墩1号墓、2号墓和庙台子遗址、叶家湾遗址、梅鹤子塆遗址以及枣阳周台遗址所出土的同类器特点相同,陶鬲与枣阳郭家庙曾国墓地、周台遗址和广水黑洞湾春秋早期的陶鬲有一定的继承关系,而与汉水以西的襄樊真武山和其他楚文化遗址有较大的差别,因此,我们认为巷子口遗址应是曾国的一处村落遗址。巷子口遗址的发掘,揭示出随枣走廊东周时期曾国的文化面貌,对研究曾国的发展历程具有重要意义。

Preliminary Report of the Excavation at the Xiangzikou Site in Guangshui,Hubei

The Xiangzikou site,located in the southeast of the Suizao Corridor,contain remains of the Eastern Zhou dynasty.The pottery vessels recovered include ding,pan,and dou that presence simi- lar traits to those of same type pottery vessels recovered from the Leigudun M1 and M2,the Miaotaizi site,the Yiejiawang site,the Meihezi site,all in Suizhou as well as those from the Zhoutai site in Zaoyang. The features of pottery li was likely developed from li vessels recovered the Guojiamiao tomb of the Zeng state in Zaoyang,the Zoutai site in Zaoyang,and the Heidongwan tomb in Guanshui,all dating to the early Spring and Autumn period,while they show great differences from those recovered from the Zhenwushan tomb in Xiangfan in the western Han River and other Chu sites.Therefore,we propose that the Xiangzikou site might have been a remain of a Zeng State village.The excavation reveals the cul- tural features of the Zeng state in the Suizao Corridor in the eastern Zhou dynasty and their materials re- covered are important for the understanding of the development of the Zeng State.
