基于灰色关联分析的旅游景区顾客满意度测评研究

摘    要:市场的竞争力来自于顾客的满意度.文章在总结顾客满意度相关研究进展的基础上,分析了现行顾客满意度主要测评方法的不足;运用灰色关联分析,以桂林5个4A级景区为例对旅游景区顾客满意度进行了测评,并分别对5个景区的优势和不足进行了深入分析.最后提出了运用灰色关联分析进行旅游景区顾客满意度测评时应该注意的3个问题.

Abstract:The competitiveness of a tourism enterprise comes from customers' satisfaction.Based on a summary of relevant researches on customer satisfaction,this paper analyzed the limitations of the method used to test customer satisfaction,tested customer satisfaction with five A class tourist sites in Guilin by applying Gray Correlation Analysis,made an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these five sites,and pointed out that some that issues require more attentions when evaluating customers' satisfaction in tourists scenic areas.
