He has written extensively on U.S.-Mexican relations during the Wilson era, most notably Diplomacy and Revolution: US.-Mexican Relations Under Wilson and Carranza;(1977). He is continuing that work with a study of Wilson and regional integration in Latin America, from which the article published in this issue is drawn. He is professor of history and department chairman at Colorado State University. |
