| 摘 要： | 基于SCP框架的分析表明，上海旅游市场结构较为合理，产业规模持续扩大，旅游企业行为非理性和非规范化特征仍十分明显，旅游产业整体运行绩效良好的同时绝大多数中小期模旅游企业的运作效率偏低。总体上呈良性运行态势的上海旅游产业正逐步由数量扩张型向质量优化型演进，还需完善各种配套制度。

| Abstract: | The analysis based on the SCP framework shows that Shanghai's tourism industry is char- acterized by a relatively rational market structure,an expanding industrial scale,and non-standard Con- ducts,and most mid and small scale enterprises operate with low efficiency while the industry as a whole performs well.Overall,the well Performing tourism industry of Shanghai is gradually evolving from quan- tity expansion toward quality optimization,which needs Perfected supportive institution arrangement. |
