| Abstract: | Working Methods is Inamori’s new work,which is the companion volume of Way of Living.Facing the ordinary readers,Inamori shares his working experience with everybody in this book.This dissertation explains the primary coverage of this book from these four aspects,strengthening individual training,pursuing the high goal,working creatively and the life equation.In addition,this dissertation also points out that the validity of practice method is an important characteristic of Inamori’s management philosophy. |
