论稻盛和夫对职业教育的贡献

日本著名企业家稻盛和夫不但在经营方面取得了举世瞩目的成绩,而且在教育领域也做出了很多贡献。他积极支持中日两国的教育事业,热衷于推动产学结合。在理念上,他非常注重受教育主体的潜意识和潜能的开发。同时,他还在继承日本传统教育的基础上,创造出了新的职业教育模式——旨在培养新一代中小企业家的"盛和塾模式"。本文认为他在教育领域的经验和主张值得我国教育工作者借鉴。

On Famous Japanese Entrepreneur Inamori Kazuo's Contribution to Education

Not only had Inamori Kazuo, the famous Japanese entrepreneur, achieved so much in business management, but also contributed a lot to education. He promoted the work of education vigorously both in China and Japan and supported the integration of producing and learning ardently. Theoretically, he always gave priority to exploiting the full potential and ability of the learner. At the same time, he created the "Inamori Private School", a new learning pattern for vocational education on the basis of carrying on traditional Japanese education system, which aims to bring up a new generation of medium and small entrepreneurs. This paper holds that our education workers should draw on his experience and opinions on this filed.
