试论晚清边疆、内地一体化政策

近代以来，由于国际和国内形势的剧烈变动，清朝政府不得不改变传统的治边观念，在政治制度上采取将边疆与内地一体化的政策，试图加强对边疆地区的控驭能力。本文主要探讨清政府在新疆、蒙古和西藏等边疆民族地区推行一体化政策的历史原因、结局及影响。

On Integrative Policy on Borderland and Inner land of Late Qing Dynasty

For the modern time, because of international and domestic violent changement, the Qing government had to change it's traditional point view on controlling the borderland, adopted integrative policy on borderland and inner land in politic system, tried to make strong on controlling borderland. This passage mainly discuss the history reason, result and affect on the Qing government pushing integrative policy at nationality areas, as like Xinjiang, Mongolia and Tibet.
