| 摘 要： | 比较八角廊汉简《儒家者言》与《孔子家语》对应的10章，可以看出历史上关于《孔子家语》一书的争论并没有因《儒家者言》的出土而全获解决。出土文献再次证明《孔子家语》确实存在很多后人整理、重组的痕迹，这一点《孔子家语》比传世的其它文献都要来得明显。《儒家者言》最能证明的其实是《说苑》一类古书的价值，而非《孔子家语》。《儒家者言》的性质应该是介乎《说苑》与《孔子家语》之间，具有一定的过渡性。

| Abstract: | Through comparing 10 chapters of RuJiaZheYan with ConfuciusJiaYu, I find the formerly disputes about ConfuciusJiaYU have not been resolved completely.ConfuciusJiaYU has been proved by the excavating literatures to be really arranged and changed, which is very distinct comparing with other literatures. It is literatures such as ShuoYuan not ConfuciusJiaYU that can be most proved by RuJiaZheYan In fact, RuJiaZheYan is a transition, whose character lies just between ShuoYuan and ConfuciusJiaYU. |
