| Abstract: | This paper ranks the scholarly impart of our contributors to the study of public policy analysis. Ratings are derived by way of measuring how widely cited individual scholars are in the literature. Utilizing this rationale we rank order the top thirty contributors to the discipline of policy analysis for the past dozen (1969–1980) years. |
