| Abstract: | The author holds that the tours made by the King Mu that was recorded in the modern edition Mu Tian Zi Zhuan were not either in the western regions or the Middle Asia but within the home territory of the Zhou dynasty. One important tour was hisinspection to the present Shandong Province. |
