Abstract:A person's pattern of thinking and behavioral habit are determined by his or her mental model.The author believes that access and unfavorable legitimacy paradigm is the main barrier to enhance the competitiveness of a travel agency.Therefore,travel agencies should introduce learning and efficiency style mental models.
