房地产投资环境研究初探

摘    要:在中国新的投资体制下,房地产投资决策的理性化和科学化已是大势所趋,但是作为投资决策依据之一的房地产投资环境研究还显得零碎而片面,因此迫切需要进行系统深入地研究。针对这一要求,本文论述了房地产投资环境的理论基石与理论背景,在此基础上对房地产投资环境进行了因素分析,建立了"多指标综合价值评定法"的评价方法,旨在为房地产投资环境研究提供科学的理论和可行的方法。

Abstract:Under China's new system of investment, decision making of investment tends to be reasonable and scientific. However, the research on the real estate's investment climate, as the basis of decision making, is still unilateral, so it urgently needs to study deeply and systematically. Based on the practical need, the paper discusses the theoretical basis and background of the research. On the basis the paper analyzes factors of real estate's investment climate, then to establish the appraisal method of "multi-index synthetic appraisal of value", which is to provide scientific theory and feasible ways for the research on the real estate's investment climate.
