| 摘 要： | 《史记》在唐宋古文运动的背景下,成为古文创作的典范,受到古文作家的普遍推崇。然而,陈师道、黄庭坚却提出苏轼不好《史记》,并对之表示不解。实际上,苏轼与《史记》不仅在文学上有着微妙的渊源关系,而且对《史记》深有研究:他首次比较详细地解释了《史记》将老、庄、申、韩合为一传的深意,从而使道法两家的关系,成为后人进一步深入探索的起点;又首次明确提出了庄子对孔子阳挤而阴助之的关系,开启了后世儒道互补的研究课题;另外,他对《史记》的史实记载,也有一些很有价值的考证和见解。苏轼的《史记》研究,理应在《史记》研究史上和思想史上占有重要的一页。

| Abstract: | SHIJI,or Historical Records,became the highly praised model of prose writing during the Classical Prose Movement in the Tang and Song Dynasties.
