蒋介石与资源委员会

资源委员会及其所属国营企业的发展,对中国工业化作出了巨大贡献。而资源委员会成就的取得,离不开蒋介石的支持。从资源委员会的前身国防设计委员会的成立到资源委员会所属企业的具体活动,都得到蒋介石的支持和保护;但资源委员会由技术官僚组成的特质又决定了资源委员会忠诚于民族国家而不是蒋介石的个人意志;二者在抗战时期的结合虽离不开蒋介石与资委会主持人翁文灏、钱昌照的个人交情,但更主要的是特定时期内蒋介石的经济思想与资委会经济发展理念的交合,抗战结束后,共存的条件消失,二者走向决裂。

Jiang Jie-shi and the National Resources Committe

The development of the National Resources Committee and its state-owned enterprises made huge contributions to Chinese industrialization.And without Jiang Jie-shi support,the National Resources Committee couldn't have made such achievements.From the establishment of the National Defence Designing Council,the predecessor of the National Resources Committee,to particular activities of the affiliated enterprises of the Committee,they both got the support and pretection from Jiang Jie-shi.But because the Committee was made up of the technical bureaucrats,it was loyal to the nation but not to Jiang Jie-shi's personal will.Even though without the personal friendly relation between Jiang Jie-shi and the chairmen of the Committee,Weng Wen-hao and Qian Chang-zhao,the combination of the two during the Anti-Japanese War couldn't have been made,the more important reason was that Jiang Jie-shi economic thought integrated with the economic developing ideas of the Committee.When the Anti-Japanese War was over,the co-existing condition vanished,and the two broke with each other finally.
