| Abstract: | On the ideological level of the premise of the form and development of the land ownership, that is, the combine of labour with land, this paper has analyzed the premise condition and fundamental construction and movement trait and movement consequence about the land ownership of Han Dynasty. In it, the author has summarized the rule of the form and development of the land ownership in autocratic centralization. |
