唐代选官"四才"制度的推行与意义考察

摘    要:唐代官吏铨选标准中的“四才”制度.即从身、言、书、判几个方面对政府官员的素质进行要求。但这些标准在实际推行过程中.因存在有不同的意见和争论.没有被始终如一地贯彻执行.身、言形同虚设,书的考察也非专指书法.选官重在考判。虽然书、判的标准在推行过程中受到很多因素的制约.但作为一项制度,它的推行,深刻地影响了唐代的化和艺术,是导致唐代学与书法特别兴盛以及唐代官员人化的原因之一,这是超乎制度本身之外的价值所在。

Abstract:There were four requests of officers selecting in Tang Dynasty,that were body,talking,calligraphy and judgment,which requested the diathesis of officers.Among those,calligraphy and judgment were most important.In practice,there were much more arguing about the four requests.This system had worked on officers diathesis and knowledge structure.And also,it had brought on the flourishing of calligraphy and culture.It was the reason of officers being literate.
