东亚经济危机与东亚发展模式新探

本文从三个方面论述了东亚经济发展模式。首先,从历史的角度分析了东亚经济发展模式的产生、特点及其局限性。然后,进一步指出在经济全球化和信息化加速发展新的历史条件下,东亚发展模式已不能适应时代发展的要求,东亚发展模式与这次东亚经济危机存在着内在的必然的联系。最后,对东亚经济发展模式的发展与变革提出了自己的观点。

THE ECONOMIC CRISIS OF EAST ASIA AND NEW EXPLORATION OF EAST ASIA MODEL

The article analyses the economic model of East Asia from three aspects. First, the article analyses its characteristics and limitations from the angle of history. Then the article points out in the new conditions of economy globalizing, the model of East Asia can not be suitable to requirement of times, and it is relative with the economic crisis of East Asia closely. The main characteristic of East Asia model is that it distributes resources by government. Distributing resources by government may lead to twisting the structure of investment. Twisting structure of investment will induce foam economy and the spread of low beneficial industries. When foam economy and low beneficial industries develop to some extent, they will lead to economic crisis. So the writer thinks the model of East Asia is relative with the economic crisis of East Asia, and it must be reformed. At last the author puts forward new ideas about the model of East Asia.
