中国城乡协调发展研究综述

通过长期关注改革开放以来中国城乡协调发展的历史与现状,本文从城乡协调发展研究起源出发,对中国城乡协调发展的内涵、目标、动力机制、模式、制约因素、措施对策进行综述,探究这些研究的贡献和研究中存在的问题,并对今后的研究趋势进行展望,试图通过这项工作为城乡协调发展研究及城乡协调发展规划打下良好的基础。

A SUMMARY OF THE STUDIES ON THE COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF URBAN AND RURAL AREAS IN CHINA

By paying close attention to the course and current situation of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas since the reform and opening carried out in China for a long time, the thesis gives a definition to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, which is the thoughts of coordinating the development of urban and rural areas and dealing with the relation of urban and rural areas. It means that by gathering urban and rural into a large system of society and economy and changing the situation of separating urban and rural, forming a new relation of urban and rural areas, improving the function and construction of urban and rural areas the factors of production are disposed properly between the urban and rural, and the interest is distributed properly between the urban and rural areas, the course of industrialization, urbanization, modernization of our country is advanced, the gap between urban and rural is narrowed. It summarizes the intensions of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas; mechanisms of goal motivated force, varied modes, varied restrict factors and measures, etc. Its intentions of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas are varied, and one of which is to narrow the gap between urban and rural, another is to dispose proper the factors of production between urban and rural, or to meet the people's demand and so on.The thesis has also looked into the causes of the failure of coordinated development of urban and rural areas. By making a thorough investigation into those causes, the thesis summarizes its measures of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, which include removing the two units construction of separating urban and rural areas, improving urban system, coordinating the industrial construction, equipping the environment and ecology installation, improving population performance, protecting the cultivated land, etc. At last it draws contribution and problems from those studies, then look forward to its trend. So that it lays a foundation to the study on coordinated development plan of urban and rural areas.
