The construction of the ensured system and sharing network of OCLRs

With the development of the overseas Chinese society, overseas Chinese literature resources (OCLRs) have become an indispensable part of the worldwide literature resources. Over thousands of years, OCLRs have been accumulating to a large amount, and a lot of valuable information is waiting for exploring. With the fast developing network techniques, a theoretical system is emerging for the purpose of sharing and constructing the collection of literature resources. The realization of the construction of grand literature resources becomes not only important but also necessary, which will greatly benefit the developing and sharing of OCLRs. The main purpose of this article is to analyze how to build a well organized, a large|scaled, cooperating and sharing system and network environment of OCLRs.
