破解旅游产业困境的政策机制及其作用——基于SCP范式分析

我国旅游产业在蓬勃发展的同时，市场竞争日趋激烈，企业效益不佳。本文根据产业组织理论，应用SCP范式对我国旅游产业组织进行分析，发现在产业运行中存在着三种“困境”，而破解困境的关键在于产业政策作用的发挥。在分析结论的基础上，本文对传统SCP范式进行了修正，强调了政府政策的重要性，并对有关政策的制定提出了建议。

A Brief Analysis of the Mechanism and the Role of Policies for Cracking down the Plights of Tourism: Based on SCP Paradigm
