On the Defeat of Cao Shuang

The coup in Gaopingling,which occurred at Wei in 249 AD,reflected the conflict in the process of scrambling for power and profit between Sima Yi clique and Cao Shuang clique,which represented the interests of the aristocratic family and big clan.The reason of Cao Shuang clique having been crushingly defeated was that most people they had put in the important position were of inferior moral character,muddleheaded and careless men of greenhorns.They did not have the abilities to run the country and army but in dulged is monopolizing power,bribing and leading a dissolute life day by day.The necessity behind the back is the iron rule that dragon would bear flea in Chinese autocratic imperial family.
