| Abstract: | During the period of the Peking government of the Republic of China, a lot of overseas Chinese went back to China to invest and initiate industry. The booming stage of investment was closely related with both the rapid increase of overseas Chinese capital and China's positive policy towards commerce and overseas Chinese investment during the time. The Peking government's policy towards overseas not only inherited the positive policy implemented by the late Qing Dynasty to attract overseas capital, but also made remarkable development, creation and achievement. |
