| Abstract: | The difference between official age and actual age of Song Dynasty officers is accompanied with entrounce system and retirement system in official career.This Kind of phenomenon reflects the various psychologies of person in official career and refract some abuses of running course of bareaucratic system of Song Dynasty.The combinaton of them bring about that the difference between official age and actual age of Song Dynasty not to be prohibited by government and more and more severe and tend to open. |
