| 摘 要： | 本文对制订旅游基本法所处的世界旅游发展新形势重新作了概括，进而阐述了世界各国制订旅游基本法的主要情况，同时重点阐述了世界各国旅游基本法的主要内容。文章对旅游基本法和其它旅游法规的关系也作了论述。
