明代卫所经历司制度浅析

经历司是明代在卫所中设置的一个职能广泛但级别很低的文职机构。由于制度设计上的缺陷,经历司并没能充分发挥其职能。从明中叶开始,明朝政府开始着手改良经历制度,但囿于祖制,未能对其进行彻底的改革。

A Preliminary Analysis of the Ming Dynasty System of the Weisuo Jinglisi(Guard Office Registrars)

The Jinglisi was a Ming institution established under the Weisuo units that had wide functions but was low ranking.Because of shortfalls in the planning of the system,the Jinglisi units were never able to realise their full functions.From the mid-Ming period onwards, the Ming Dynasty government began to work to improve the Jinglisi system,but,restricted by the traditional arrangement of government,the government was never able to fully implement these reforms.
