| 摘 要： | 中法北宁之役以清朝官军失败告终,以黄桂兰为首的军官腐败无能是战败的重要原因.这些军官的昏庸腐败主要表现在生活腐化,荒淫糜烂,粉饰太平,蒙骗上司,盲目虚骄,不谙戎机,胡乱布防,调度失灵等.
