| 摘 要： | 人类营养生态状况在人类文明进化过程中显示着重要特征。人类营养生态学的空间特征揭示了不同地域、不同文化背景下人类营养结构的演变规律和为实现空间分布的平衡所进行努力的过程,对研究人类营养安全体系的形成和人类营养生态平衡具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | The statue of the human nourishment ecosystem shows the significant characteristic in the process of the human civilization evolution. The spatial peculiarity of the human nourishment ecosystem reveals the evolution regular pattern of the human nourishment structure in different region and culture background and aims at the fulfillment of the spatial homeostasis. It displays the instructive meaning on the study of the formulation of the human safeguard structure and the balance of the human nourishment ecosystem. |
