| 摘 要： | 1949-1952年,我国对私立学校的政策从最初的扶持改造到后来的全面接管,方向上有了很大转变。扶持改造政策的形成与当时私立学校的状况密不可分,而其后接管政策的产生有着深刻的社会原因和复杂的国内、国际背景。

| Abstract: | From 1949 to 1952, China's policy with regard to private schools underwent an outright change from support and remodeling to all-out takeover. The original policy of support and remodeling was inseparable from the situation of these schools at that time. The subsequent policy of takeover was adopted based upon deep social reasons and against the backdrop of a complicated situation created at home and abroad. |
