| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前国力综合评估中的几个问题,提出了基本国力要素选取、定性指标量化、综合国力指标构建的新思路和具体作法,并结合世界部分国家的情况进行综合国力评估试验,得出了很有价值的结论。

| Abstract: | To deal with the questions in synthetical judgment on national power today, the author put forward some new ideas and concrete methods in selec- ting basic elements of national power, quantificating qualititive target and constructing target of synthetical national power, At the end of the paper, the author made an experiment of synthetical judgment on national with the situation of some nations and achieved a few of valuable conclusions. |
