摘    要:面对中国的应试教育,要使得学生都能够全面的,不同程度的发挥才能,实施分层的教育是一个比较不错的办法,它不仅仅能够增强了学生的自信心,又加重了双基的训练,又尊重了学生的个性,促进了学生个性的发展。
