摘    要:本文从对酒店管理合同受托方激励约束问题的由来入手,结合新制度经济学的相关理论探讨对酒店管理合同受托方激励约束机制研究的理论价值和现实意义,在此基础上,针对构建对酒店管理合同受托方激励约束机制的研究,提出了相应的理论基础体系.

Abstract:The paper starts from the origin of issues concerning motivating and restricting the trustees of hotel management contracts, and moves on to analyze the theoretical value and practical significance of researches on motivation and restriction mechanism of trustees of Hotel Management Contracts from New Institutional Economies perspective. Based on the analysis, the author proposes a theory system aimed at constructing researches on mechanisms motivating and restricting the trustees of hotel management contracts.
