选人用人公信度问题研究

摘    要:选人用人的公信度是干部选拔任用工作的重要标尺。我们应从理论上认真厘清选人用人公信度的科学内涵及其意义,深入分析干部任用中在公信度方面存在的问题,善于总结和借鉴国内外把握选人用人公信度的成功经验,进而不断推动我国民主政治建设发展的进程。

Abstract:Public confidence of selecting and appointing persons is an important criterion for the tasks of choosing and using cadres.We should theoretically earnestly sort out its scientific connotation and significance,deeply analyze the issues in it,and should be good at summarizing and consulting to the overseas successful experiences in it,and thereby further constantly prod the procedure of our country's democratic political construction development.
